Performance Tech Motorsports will attack this weekend’s Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen with a three-driver lineup following the addition of Joel Miller.

With an engineering background and experience in the Prototype class as a former Mazda Motorsports pilot, Miller last aided Performance Tech at the Rolex 24 at Daytona. The team has contested three races since and opted to go testing with its ORECA 07 instead of making the trip to Detroit to compete in the recent Chevrolet Sports Car Classic.

Pato O’Ward also came aboard for Daytona but it will just be Miller and full-time drivers James French and Kyle Masson in the No. 38 ORECA for the six-hour Watkins Glen event.

“Our run at Daytona went well and they had the car less than 30 days, so I’m looking forward to seeing the developments they have made since then,” Miller said. “They recently came off a good test, so everyone is looking forward to the six hours.”

The weekend will open with practice on Friday, June 29 to begin the lead-up to the race which is scheduled to start at 9:45 a.m. EDT on Sunday, July 1.
